Rolled Aluminum cylinder, domed ends are die stamped with front head recessed to accept bolt on fuel gauge; metal is bright mill finish; fill assembly includes chain mounted non-vented screw on cap; three (3) 1/2" NPT top ports to accept the anti-spill vent, two (2) 1/2" x 1/4" pick up and return line tubes; rectangular bottom mounted sump includes shielded brass drain/check plug assembly. Units are packaged and shipped by parcel service. Units meet all FHWA side mounted fuel tank requirements with permanent metal labeling welded to tank. Units are designed for use of "Diesel Fuel Only".
