American Mobile Power welcomes White Drive, now part of the Interpump Group

On October 1, 2021, the closing activities in relation to the acquisition of White Drive by the Interpump Group were completed.

As announced on June 1, 2021, during the signing of a binding agreement for the purchase of the White Drive Motors & Steering business unit from the Danfoss Group, at the moment the acquisition includes three production sites: Hopkinsville, Kentucky, USA; Parchim, Germany; and Wroclaw, Poland.

Chairman of Interpump Group Fulvio Montipò said, “This acquisition, the most significant in Interpump’s history, will expand our product offering to include orbital motors and steering systems, reinforcing our role as a global player in hydraulics.”

We are growing our team.

Jan 15, 2019:  American Mobile Power has added 25 new employees in the last four months. This brings our total workforce up to approximately 86 employees, which means that around 29 percent have been brought on board since last year! Can you say – tremendous growth?! Five of these new team members joined distribution; seven joined fabrication; and 13 joined welding. A big welcome to all those new employees at American Mobile Power!!  #getAMPd

New machine for Saddlemount Tank Forming

Feb 11, 2019:  Earlier this year we installed a new machine for cylinder-style metal forming, the Davi MCA 2017 Four-Roll.  This machine allows us to form flat sheet metal into round tank shells affording us higher productivity and increased accuracy quality. Davi, whose company’s motto is “Quality, High-Tech, and Passion” is right in line with our philosophy here at American Mobile Power.
